A new or newly assigned ad account that is challenged in its first week is often met with a fixed “warm it up for seven days” answer. Time does not repair a wrong asset, unfinished identity check, old balance or missing permission.
Check five records before changing anything else
| Record | Confirm | Risk when unclear |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | Login, security prompts, advertising restrictions and 2FA | No reliable owner for later actions |
| Assets | Target BM, ad account and Page, plus current notices | A new identity may inherit an old issue |
| Permissions | Invitation, role and asset assignment | Missing visibility is misread as a ban |
| Payment | Payment owner, existing method, balances and holder checks | Payment and account results get mixed |
| Environment | Stable account, 2FA, Profile and IP mapping | Later changes cannot be reconstructed |
Read state before changing state
A new personal account does not erase the history or state of a BM, ad account, Page or payment setup. Identify the current objects before a new link is made.
Move one material relationship at a time
- Read identity and asset state.
- Accept the intended BM access only.
- Read the resulting state again.
- Confirm payment responsibility before any payment action.
- Review administrator scope last.
Waiting only works for a known process
Wait when the current page explicitly requires review, normal processing time or holder action and the five records are already clear. A fixed calendar is not a recovery method for unknown state.
Stop on an explicit exception
Pause when identity, BM, ad account or Page is restricted; an invitation does not match; or payment has a pending, decline or holder-verification result. Preserve the page result and let the responsible owner take the appropriate path.
For the batch sequence, see Facebook BM workflow automation. For a clear payment decline, see Facebook ad payment declined, and use product contact for an authorized workflow discussion. Do not submit account or payment credentials.
If it is unclear whether the restricted object is the personal account, ad account or BM, see which Facebook object is restricted. For an identity prompt, see required BM 2FA.
