Facebook account, ad account or BM restricted

Is the personal account, ad account or BM restricted? Identify the failed object first

A login issue, ad restriction, disabled ad account, BM restriction and payment decline require different responses. Start with the first object that failed.

A team may call every interruption “an account ban”, but the failed object may be a personal identity, advertising capability, one ad account, a BM, or payment. Do not replace everything or appeal everything at once.

Personal account cannot log in

The account holder should use the current Facebook recovery or identity flow. Do not transfer cookies, codes or TOTP material to another operator.

Login works but advertising is restricted

That is a business-capability result, not necessarily a lost personal identity. Preserve the page wording and stop new BM, payment and administrator changes for that account.

One disabled ad account

Confirm which ad account is affected and whether other assets still work. A disabled ad account does not automatically mean the entire BM is unavailable.

BM restriction

When the BM page itself shows a restriction or multiple assets are affected, the asset owner should review the scope and verification status. A new Page or a new personal account is not a universal recovery method.

A clear payment decline

Only treat it as a card problem when the payment page or issuer clearly reports a decline while the ad account remains normal.

Choose the next action

Result First failed object Current action
Cannot log in Personal identity Account holder handles recovery
Ad capability restricted Personal business capability Preserve wording and pause business changes
One ad account disabled Ad account Work on that ad account only
BM restricted BM Owner checks scope and verification
Card clearly declined Payment method Payment owner checks card and billing

Name the failed object before choosing a recovery action.
